There is no record that Mom ever attended high school at Gilbert School, but at least two of her siblings did. She did, however, take a post grad course in French & Latin in 1928 after graduating from Greenport High School on Long Island in 1927. Mom taught at Gilbert between 1937 & 1943.
I had no idea she was still keeping track of Gilbert. In this 2001 newsletter (pg2) she has checked off the names of friends I have heard about for years.
