There is an enormous amount of downloading required to view this book. I have tested this using telephone line internet connections, satellite internet connections, as well as high speed internet connections. Satellite connections are bearable (marginally). Loading one of the 25-page documents took approximately 2 minutes. This same download using high speed internet took less than 10 seconds. Using phone line internet, I gave up after 7 minutes. My STRONG suggestion would be, the faster, the better.
